First some information about Windows 7 itself :
Windows 7 is launching at October 22nd.

What is RTM ?
RTM version stands for Release to Manufacturers.
RTM means that the code for Windows will be finalized and partners
will receive it and start preparations to launch new PCs.

This download build is 16385 and not 16399.
We are in the process of learning about and testing 16399, if we will find that it is good and

working well the next couple of days.
There is a rumour that after Microsoft picked up on the leak that they are publishing the new build

to correct and disable together with the old saying "if it ain't broken don't fix it",
but either way after our testing we will let you decide and if it is ok we will publish it alongside

this release.

OEM VS RTM
Microsoft create a product key for each DVD that they are selling so that it can be installed only

by the buyer. However when it comes to mass distriubution like Dell and Acer, they create a RTM copy

so that the DVD that is sent to Dell will only work on dell machines and non other.


Windows 7 VS Windows Vista, and new features :
Windows 7 handles media much better than previous version of windows and provides superior

performance and security

Windows 7 fixes a lot of performance issues that were present in vista.
It also improves on features that were first introduced in Vista.
Development of Windows 7 has been based on feedback from users.
It is basically a "better" windows Vista version.

Ultimate VS Professional Edition
According to Microsoft's Windows 7 Web page, Windows 7 Ultimate edition sports just two features

that you won't find in Windows 7 Professional: a full language pack, which includes support for 35

languages, and the company's BitLocker software. A press release Microsoft sent to journalists in

February lists BranchCache and DirectAccess support, as well.

System Requirements and Software Compatibility :
Lets start by stating that if you are running Vista - you can run Windows 7, and it will run much

faster.

Most software should work fine with Windows 7.
by launch, most developers have already made their software compatible.

Drivers
Check to see if Windows-7 drivers of your hardware have been released, if they were, use them. If it

isn't available, use Vista drivers and if those aren't available as-well, use XP drivers. The

likelihood of Vista drivers working is very high because both systems are roughly alike.
I can tell you about my computer, having a graphics card from Nvidia they made Windows-7 driver, and

motherboard from Asus, same.

Install Notes :

1 - Install Win 7.
2 - Disable UAC with the ToolKit.
3 - Reboot PC.
4 - Right-click on the 7Loader and select Run as administrator.
5 - Uninstall 7Loader.
6 - Reboot PC.
7 - Right-click on the 7Loader and select Run as administrator.
8 - Install OEM Information.
9 - Install 7Loader.
10 - Reboot PC.
